Job Description

- Submits the following reports to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR):- Report on materials form via Official Registry Book (ORB)-Withdrawal Certificate- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Tax Compliance Reports (1601-C, 255M, Income Tax, etc.)-Submits Monthly Activity Report to the Department of Energy (DOE) Processes the renewal of certificates with the Bureau of Customs (BOC) for Importation:-Certificate of Registration-Permit to OperatePayables and Disbursements Processes disbursement transactions as requested Receives follow ups from suppliers for payments Tags bank disbursement transactions Prepares Schedule of Payables Prepares Summary of Expense report Files all received and accomplished voucherInventory Cost and Adjustments Prepares, updates and identifies the unit cost of Raw Materials (RM), Work in Progress (WIP), Labor and Overhead Cost and Finished Goods (FG) of the Company Conducts Physical Inventory Counts in all warehouses of the Company Updates and verifies Inventory adjustments for matching of the actual vs recorded transactions Reconciles the inventory of Raw Materials and Finished Goods as per actual vs book balanceGeneral Accounting Prepares monthly Financial Statement Prepares Books of Accounts Creates Journal Entries for adjustments Prepares and encodes transactions for recording in accounting systemOthers; Performs other task that is deemed necessaryAssigned by immediate superiorEducation and Experience- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy, or any business / management-related courseJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
