Cleaner - Industrial AreaWe are seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and order in a non-factory industrial environment. The role focuses on cleaning offices, common indoor areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure a neat and safe workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Sweep, mop, and clean floors in offices, corridors, and covered areas Clean workspaces, entrances, stairways, and walkways Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including yards and parking spaces Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to site guidelines Remove dust, debris, and litter from assigned areas Use cleaning tools and equipment safely and correctly Follow site safety rules and cleaning schedules Report any damage, hazards, or maintenance issues to supervisors
Requirements and Qualifications
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential Ability to work independently and follow instructions Physically fit and capable of manual cleaning tasks Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Skills and Competencies
Good time management Attention to cleanliness Basic safety awareness
Working Environment
Non-factory industrial premises (offices, yards, and shared spaces) Some exposure to dust, outdoor conditions, and light industrial activity
