Job Description

• Offer transactional advice on the fund\'s investments and exits in early-stage technology companies across Southeast Asia, including drafting and reviewing in C vestment agreements, M&A transactions, and ensuring smooth deal execution.
• Prepare and review commercial agreements, manage ongoing corporate actions related to portfolio companies (e.g., Shareholders Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, SAFEs, Convertible notes, etc.).
• Address internal operations, including legal risks and obligations of the fund manager.
• Handle general corporate affairs.
• Collaborate with external counsels, as needed, on various legal matters.

• A minimum of eight years of experience acquired after qualifying as a lawyer at a reputable law firm.
• Proficient in navigating legal agreements across multiple jurisdictions, such as Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cayman Islands, and others.
• Essential experience in Venture Capital/Private Equity, including M&A and Equity Capital Markets transactions.
• Capable of independently managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and address their interests.
• Prior exposure to Fund formation would be advantageous.
