Job Description


  • Supervision of workers and subcontractors on daily site activities
  • Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time
  • Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping
  • Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completed works
  • Assist Project Manager in material and equipment acquisition
  • Supervise site electrical installation.
  • Confirm progress reports, monitor project activities
\xc2\xb7 Raise purchase requisition \xc2\xb7 \xc2\xb7 Liaise with Project Manager \xc2\xb7 \xc2\xb7 Prepare documents for electrical testing \xc2\xb7 \xc2\xb7 Rectify and repair electrical issues at site \xc2\xb7 \xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit tender quotations \xc2\xb7 \xc2\xb7 Submit progress claims, monitor project activities \xc2\xb7 \xc2\xb7 Project planning, execute resource management and control \xc2\xb7 \xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction Electrical Works \xc2\xb7 \xc2\xb7 Arrange and monitor work progress \xc2\xb7
  • Monitor project costing to ensure project to be completed within budget and on time delivery
To carry out inspection of workers\' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company\'s safety policies.
