Overview:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Insurance Admin Executive to join


our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the


insurance department by managing administrative tasks, liaising with clients and insurers,


and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.





Policy Administration:



Process new insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations Generate quotations using insurers' online portals Verify client information and ensure proper documentation Prepare and issue policy documents, certificates, and invoices

Compliance and Documentation:



Ensure all insurance documentation complies with regulatory standards. + Maintain accurate records of policies, claims, and client interactions.

Coordination with Insurers:



Act as a liaison between clients and insurance companies. Keep abreast of policy updates, product offerings, and underwriting guidelines.

Administrative Support:



Manage emails, phone calls, WhatsApp chats and correspondence. + Organize and update the insurance database and CRM system.
+ Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
