providing comprehensive risk and wealth solutions to individuals, SMEs, and real estate agencies. We are expanding our GI team to meet growing demand and invite passionate professionals to join us.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of General Insurance clients across Property, Liability, Motor, Group Medical, PI, Cyber, and other lines Prepare quotations, perform comparisons, and handle policy placement with insurers Coordinate claims processing and liaise with insurers and clients Ensure compliance with MAS/GIA guidelines and maintain accurate records Handle day-to-day client servicing, renewals, and claims assistance Support reporting, data analysis, and internal processes Suitable for those with

1-3 years GI experience

or other backgrounds willing to learn

Requirements

SCI GI Certifications (BCP/PGI/ComGI) or willingness to obtain Detail-oriented, strong communication, client-service mindset Minimum GCE O'level or higher qualification Good command of written and spoken English Proficient in Microsoft Office Meticulous, detail-oriented and organized in handling task Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills No prior experience required. Candidates with relevant certification (BCP, PGI, CGI, HI) will be given preference.
