Job Description

Our client is a listed digital entertainment and marketing technology corporate that is expanding its global footprint into Singapore. We are tasked to set up their Finance/Accounting team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Cost Accounting: Review all company cost expenditures to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and compliance. Cost Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze cost information, identify anomalies, and follow up until resolved. Cost Forecasting: Use historical data and market trends to predict future cost changes and provide data support for business decisions. Cost Control Supervision: Oversee cost control and inventory checks, review procurement and inventory management to ensure accuracy and reasonableness. Inventory Accounting & Management: Handle inventory accounting and management, including clearing obsolete stock and conducting regular stocktakes to ensure asset security. Cost Analysis Reporting: Regularly prepare cost analysis reports, identify reasons for cost savings or overruns, and propose improvement measures. Depreciation, Amortization, Asset Impairment, Tax Control: Manage related accounting processes. Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, or related fields. Minimum 3-6 years of cost accounting experience in e-commerce or asset-heavy industries; overseas audit experience is preferred. Familiar with accounting standards, economic law, tax law, and financial regulations; proficient with ERP systems and financial management software. Strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance, able to maintain efficiency in high-pressure environments. * Good teamwork and leadership abilities.
