We are looking for a General Manager to oversee our APAC operations. This key leadership role will be responsible for P&L management, strategic business development, and operational excellence across our regional manufacturing network.

Responsibilities

Drive overall P&L performance for APAC/ME regions, ensuring effective cash contribution to GAC's overall EBITDA targets. Serve as the primary interface between Clariant and Wilmar for business opportunities beyond the core Global Amines portfolio. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (SCM, Operations, Procurement & Sales) to execute business strategy and contribute to Group targets. Partner with the Global Head of Operations to optimize performance of manufacturing sites in China, Indonesia, and Japan. Ensure high utilization rates across 5 manufacturing/tolling sites in the APAC region. Lead product cost optimization initiatives including direct/indirect spend savings, raw materials replacement, and logistics cost reduction. Oversee portfolio optimization across various production sites. Lead global tenders for key accounts. * Manage working capital effectively to optimize cash flow.
