Roles & Responsibilities Fork n Spoonis the F&B brand of JBS Enterprises Pte Ltd. Specialising in multi-cuisine dining experience. The company is backed by strong financial investors commitment toF&B business. The General ManagerIndian Cuisine Operations is a critical management role to oversee the Indian cuisine operations. The role reports to Director business development of the company.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Profit & Loss management
  • Developing unique restaurant recipe involving a) North Indian cuisine, Indian Chinese Cuisine & c) Indian sweets
  • Menu engineering
  • Sourcing high quality ingredients
  • Marketing development
  • Inventory management
  • Social media startegy & execution
  • Managing staff up to 15, both chefs & service staff
  • Complying to SFA requirements
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, food quality, and food hygiene.

Key Requirements:
  • 15-20years of working experience managing Indian cuisine including Indian Chineseindependently.
  • Proven track record of managing restaurants of similar size
  • Experience of working in Singapore
  • Ability to work in multi cuisine kitchen & restaurant environment.
  • Experience in cooking Mexican/Arabic cuisine is an added advantage.

Qualifications / Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Formal culinary training certification
  • Profit & Loss management
  • Indian cuisine Menu Engineering
  • Demonstrated knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
  • Understanding of menu and recipe development techniques
  • Experience of using ERP & Accounting system
