We are a growing lifestyle and entertainment group seeking a highly driven General Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our nightclub. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, leading a dynamic team, and driving business growth while maintaining the highest standards of service, compliance, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the nightclub including staff management, customer service, and supplier coordination.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and implement cost control measures.
Develop and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement and revenue.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, safety regulations, and security protocols.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational and service excellence.
Build strong relationships with customers, VIPs, and partners to enhance brand reputation.
Prepare operational and financial reports for management review.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in nightlife, F&B, or hospitality management.
Proven track record in team leadership and business growth.
Strong financial management and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work late-night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with suppliers and diverse clientele).
