1?Formulate medium and long-term strategic goals for the ship management company and promote the global layout of ship management business.


2?Coordinate the company's core businesses such as technical management, crew management, and new shipbuilding supervision to ensure that the company's operations comply with the safety requirements of international oil companies.


3?Maintain core customer relationships, pay regular visits to key customers, develop potential customers, and address customer needs


4?Preside over the company's work safety and operation management, coordinate efficient collaboration among various departments, and ensure ship safety.


5?Optimize the ship management system, reduce ship operation costs, improve operational energy efficiency, and effectively control costs.


6?Handle emergencies in ship operations, port state inspections, and customer audits to ensure zero records of major deficiencies and maintain the company's brand reputation.

Job Requirements:

1?Bachelor's degree or above in Maritime-related disciplines (Maritime Navigation Technology, Marine Engineering); MBA or EMBA is preferred.


2?Over 8 years of management experience in the shipping industry, with more than 3 years of senior management experience in international ship management companies; proficient in the entire process of third-party ship management, and familiar with the inspection processes and standards of international oil companies (e.g., Shell, BP) such as TMSA and SIRE 2.0.


3?Possess strategic thinking and compliance leadership; adaptable to cross-cultural team management; familiar with ship management software and data analysis tools.


4?Have a network of key resources including international shipowners, classification societies, and maritime institutions.


5?Fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); adaptable to international business communication; with a global perspective; able to adapt to frequent business trips.
