Job Description

The Operations Manager will be required to develop business plans, monitor sales, and ensure adherence to company procedures.


Operations Manager Responsibilities:


Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies. Training outlet in charge in effective sales and supervisory techniques. Creating and communicating sales targets. Monitoring sales across stores to check that target are met. Setting and implementing performance standards across all outlets. Ensuring that employees observe company protocols. Visiting to stores to conduct checking of duties of the outlet in charge. Responsible in all outlet promotion and setting marketing strategy. Making of Profit and Loss Report, Financial Statement, and other accounts related matters.
Area Manager Requirements:


At least 3 years experience in sushi making and Japanese cuisine. Willing to work on rotating shift (morning and midnight), weekends, and Public Holidays. Have knowledge in the accounts. * Marketing and HR experience needed.
