As we continue to expand, we are looking for a

General Manager

to lead cross-functional operations and drive business growth with strong strategic and executional capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations Management

Oversee daily operations across warehousing, logistics, online store management, and content affiliate programs.


Implement SOPs to ensure operational efficiency and performance consistency.


Lead inventory control, order fulfillment, and process optimization initiatives.

E-commerce Strategy & Performance

Manage and grow Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok online stores.


Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to optimize listings, campaigns, and promotions.


Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback.

TikTok Affiliate & MCN Management

Supervise creator collaborations and affiliate strategies to boost product visibility and conversion.


Coordinate product sampling, commission planning, and creator onboarding.

Government Project Coordination

Identify, evaluate, and submit tenders for relevant government projects.


Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to fulfill project requirements.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop cross-departmental teams.


Manage performance reviews, hiring, and team scaling.

Reporting & Compliance

Generate business reports and provide insights for senior management.


Ensure compliance with company policies, platform regulations, and government standards.

Requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) in general management or operations, preferably in e-commerce, warehousing, or logistics. Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop operations, and affiliate marketing is a strong advantage. Experience handling government tenders or public sector projects is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred for liaising with regional partners and vendors).
