Business Operations & Strategy
Oversee daily operations across all departments ensuring efficiency & productivity. Develop, implement, & monitor strategic business plans aligned with company goals. Establish performance metrics & ensure operational compliance with company policies &industry regulations.
Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, & motivate management teams & staff. Recruit, train, & develop key personnel to build strong leadership pipelines. Conduct performance evaluations & ensure accountability across teams.
Sales, Marketing & Customer Engagement
Drive business development initiatives to expand market share & revenue streams. Oversee sales & marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
& Ensure excellent customer service & build strong client/stakeholder relationships.
Business Growth & Innovation
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, & ensure sustainable growth.
_ Implement business improvement & innovation initiatives.
Lead transformation projects to enhance competitiveness & long-term growth.
Reporting & Communication
Report to Directors/Owners on business performance. Provide timely updates and recommendations for strategic decisions. * Represent the company at industry events, negotiations, & external engagements.
