We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead Euda Health Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with proven multi-level management expertise, deep knowledge of direct selling models, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute strategic plans that accelerate revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen competitive positioning. Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams across sales, marketing, and operations. Leverage direct selling expertise to design innovative sales strategies and maximize customer engagement. Identify and capture new business opportunities while driving operational efficiency and cost optimization. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders across Southeast Asia. Track, analyze, and act on KPIs to ensure strong financial and operational performance.

Requirements

Proven success in leading and scaling multi-level organizations. Strong track record in direct selling and customer engagement strategies. Entrepreneurial background with the ability to innovate, execute, and deliver growth. Exceptional leadership, communication, and people-development skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Fluency in Chinese (written and spoken) required to engage regional partners effectively.
