Human Resources Management
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Manage employee files, benefits administration, and compliance
Support performance management and training initiatives
Procurement & Vendor Management
Manage purchasing of materials, tools, and equipment
Negotiate with suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships
Monitor inventory levels and track purchase orders
Office & Administrative Oversight
Supervise office staff and coordinate daily administrative functions
Maintain project documentation, contracts, and records
Implement and refine office systems, workflows, and processes
Finance & Reporting
Assist with budgeting, invoicing, payroll, and job costing coordination
Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate financial tracking
Prepare reports for company leadership as needed
Company Leadership Support
Act as a key point of contact between field and office teams
Help maintain company culture, team morale, and professional standards
Contribute to strategic planning and operational improvements
Requirements:
Min Master Degree in Business Adminstration
Knowledge of basic purchasing or HR processes
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, etc.)
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving, communication abilities, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Able to speak and write fluent English and second language is a must (Bengali, Tamil or Mandarin)
