Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency across outlets.
Manage inventory, supply chain coordination, and cost control to optimize profitability.

Quality Assurance & Food Safety
Monitor and enforce quality control standards across all products and outlets.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and SFA regulations.
Conduct regular audits, staff training, and corrective actions to maintain high product and service quality.

Team Leadership & HR
Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers, chefs, and service teams to achieve performance goals.
Implement talent development programs, succession planning, and performance reviews.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer-first mindset.

Sales, Marketing & Branding
Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 3 years in a multi-outlet leadership role.
