Hi,
We are hiring a general manager for our new restaurant
Requirements:
At least 3 year experience in similar capacity
Experience doing restaurant pre opening is required
Experience hosting VIP and crafting VIP program is a plus
Able to liaise with suppliers to organise, execute marketing events
Able to manage entire restaurant floor operations
Work with owners to ensure KPI are met
Experience with membership bars/restaurant will be a plus
Able to work shift and on weekends
