Job Position: GENERAL MANAGER


Salary Range: $17,000 - $20,000





Job Responsibilities:


Oversee and manage the company's wholesale and retail operations of durians and fresh produce. Formulate and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. Lead procurement and supplier negotiations, ensuring smooth supply chain and inventory management. Supervise and coach staff, set performance targets, and ensure operational efficiency across teams. Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and market trends to optimize pricing and margins. Ensure compliance with Singapore's food safety standards, licensing, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present operational and financial reports to the Board of Directors for decision-making.
Position Requirements:


Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in wholesale trade, fresh produce, or F&B operations, with at least 8 years served in a senior management role. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and performance improvement. Proven ability to manage daily operations, drive business development, and take P&L accountability. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and customers. Ability to work independently, make business-critical decisions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers and customers.
