Partner with senior leadership and the Board, supporting board meetings and annual shareholder meetings.
Present confident, credible, and charismatic leadership that motivates staff and reassures members.
Be accountable for the operational and financial performance of the business.
Business Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement strategies to enhance business operations and profitability.
Drive innovation and initiate constructive change to continually improve the club's offerings.
Oversee creative direction with a genuine affinity for both food and wine, ensuring both remain integral to the member experience.
Lead the design and delivery of unique, high-quality events that engage and impress members.
Compliance, Safety & Well-being
Ensure compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and legal requirements.
Champion the health, safety, and well-being of staff and members across all departments.
Proactively identify risks and implement preventive measures.
