Job Description
Developing, executing, and ensuring company SOPs are followed throughout assigned sites Building open and trusting relationship with clients to achieve long term partnership and contractual renewal Monitoring and upholding the cleaning and maintenance quality standards and operating procedures for all job sites and surpass the client's expectations Managing overall staff motivation, discipline, development, and performance according to the organisational, human resource and government manpower policies Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards. Plan and schedule cleaning activities, including manpower and equipment allocation. Manage and optimize cleaning processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. * Conduct regular quality checks to ensure cleaning standards are maintained.
