We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible

General Manager (Construction)

to oversee the company's daily operations, strategic planning, and overall business performance.


The successful candidate will lead multiple renovation and fit-out projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion in accordance with Singapore's building and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage overall company operations, including project planning, execution, and cost control. Supervise site progress, coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. Oversee SCDF, SFA, HDB, and JTC submission processes and ensure full compliance with MOM and BCA requirements. Review quotations, tender documents, and manage project budgets. Train and guide project teams to maintain high workmanship and safety standards. Drive business development and client relationship management. Prepare management reports and provide strategic direction to the board.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in construction or interior fit-out management, with proven leadership experience. Bachelor's Degree or higher in

Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent

. Strong knowledge of Singapore building regulations, BCA submission procedures, and safety compliance. Excellent command of English and Mandarin to liaise with local and overseas clients and workers. Familiar with project cost control, manpower management, and technical documentation. Independent, result-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. * Must be willing to work flexible hours and attend site meetings when required.
