Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with strategic goals Develop and execute business plans to achieve profitability and growth targets Lead, motivate, and mentor department heads and staff to foster a high-performance culture Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders Identify opportunities for process improvements and business expansion
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Minimum 3 years of management experience, with proven success in a senior leadership role Strong financial acumen and business analysis skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities * Strategic thinker with hands-on operational experience
