Job Description

Responsible for driving the establishment, commercial strategy, and business development of a new brokerage business. This role requires a results-oriented professional with proven experience in leadership, sales, and operational management, as well as a strong understanding of the financial markets across Asia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in setting up the business infrastructure, leading go-to-market initiatives, and developing the commercial framework to achieve sustainable growth in a dynamic start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the overall setup and operational readiness of the new brokerage business. Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Asia. Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team, with a focus on sales and marketing functions. Establish effective business processes and performance frameworks to ensure efficient operations and regulatory compliance. Oversee the formulation of sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define long-term goals and business priorities. Foster a professional, high-performance culture aligned with the company's values and vision.

Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in management, commercial or business development within the financial services. Strong understanding of the Asia financial markets with established industry networks preferred. Demonstrated success in sales leadership and operational setup within start-up or growth environments. Proven ability to design and execute commercial strategies that drive measurable business results.
