Operations & Performance



Ensure smooth daily operations and workflow efficiency. Set and review key performance indicators (KPIs) for departments. Drive process improvement and productivity initiatives. Ensure quality standards and service delivery meet company expectations.

Business Development & Client Relations



Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Maintain and strengthen client and vendor relationships. Oversee tenders, proposals, and major project negotiations. Represent the company in key meetings and industry events.

3.

Compliance & Risk Management



Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company policies. Oversee audits, safety checks, and certifications. Manage risks and implement preventive measures.

4.

Reporting & Communication



Report company performance to the Board/Managing Director. Prepare periodic management and financial reports. * Ensure clear communication between departments and management.
