Job Position: GENERAL MANAGER


Salary Range: $8,000 - $12,000





Job Responsibilities:


Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company's education and business initiatives. Develop and manage partnerships with overseas universities and institutions to promote academic collaboration. Formulate and implement business strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, financial, and governance requirements. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting functions. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to meet organizational objectives. Represent the company at international meetings and events


Position Requirements:


Master's Degree or above in Law, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in the education, legal, or business consulting sectors. Proven track record in international partnership development and higher education management. Strong understanding of corporate governance, cross-border investment, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking students, parents, and education partners in regional markets. Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and strategic management capabilities. Possessing relevant professional qualifications or demonstrated expertise and experience in international education management will be an advantage. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
