HIAP ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is a construction and engineering company providing structural, mechanical and general contracting works for local projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all daily operations, including manpower planning, project coordination, and safety compliance. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and cost efficiency. Supervise and monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with building and regulatory standards. Review budgets, cost control, and operational performance to support management decisions. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on project matters. Support directors in long-term planning, compliance, and operational improvements.

Job Requirements

Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline (Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred). Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in the building or engineering sector, with proven management or supervisory experience. Strong understanding of Singapore construction operations, safety regulations, and manpower management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Only candidates with prior experience in construction management will be considered.
