Overview:

The Club General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of club operations, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction, managing staff, and achieving financial goals. The GM provides leadership, strategic planning, and operational management to deliver a premium experience to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily club operations, includingMembership services, Food & Beverage, Fitness, Events, and Facilities Management. Develop and implement strategic plans to promote growth, member retention, and revenue enhancement. Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling. Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and control expenses. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional club culture. Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless operations. Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in club management, hospitality, or related fields. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Knowledge of club management software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
