Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction for all departments, including operations, sales, logistics, and customer service. Develop and implement business strategies to expand sailing programs, charters, and related marine services. Manage financial performance, budgets, and cost controls to ensure profitability and efficiency. Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and regulatory bodies such as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA). Oversee vessel maintenance, crew management, and safety compliance in accordance with local maritime regulations. Lead marketing and brand development initiatives to enhance the company's presence in Singapore and regional markets. Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality customer experiences and uphold company standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marine Operations, or related field. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in the marine, hospitality, or tourism industry. Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills. * Knowledge of Singapore maritime regulations and safety standards is advantageous.
