Role Overview



We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and commercially driven

General Manager

to lead our

AccessReal Anti-Counterfeit Solutions division

. This role carries full commercial and operational responsibility, including revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong understanding of the

brand protection and anti-counterfeit ecosystem

, a proven

P&L ownership track record

, and the ability to translate complex client challenges into impactful, scalable solutions. As the face of the division, you will build and lead a high-performance team, develop effective channels, and steer strategic direction in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities



1. Strategic Leadership & Business Development

Develop and execute the divisional business strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential acquisition prospects. Own the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and pipeline management to closing large, enterprise-level deals. Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and forums.
2. P&L Management & Financial Oversight

Hold full P&L responsibility, including revenue, margins, and operating expenses. Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports. Implement cost-control initiatives while ensuring continued investment in growth and innovation. Analyze financial and operational data to drive informed strategic decisions.
3. Product & Solution Strategy

Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to define and evolve the product roadmap. Act as the "voice of the customer" to ensure solutions effectively address real-world client challenges. Oversee go-to-market strategies for new products, solutions, and feature launches.
4. Team Leadership & Organizational Development

Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineers, and Client Success. Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier talent to scale the business effectively.
5. Operational Excellence & Client Success

Oversee seamless delivery and implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines. Champion a client-centric approach to drive high customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships. Continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
6. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, and evolving counterfeit threats. Position the organization as a thought leader through whitepapers, industry content, and public speaking engagements.

Qualifications & Experience Required



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred). 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a P&L ownership role (e.g., General Manager, Business Unit Head). Proven experience in

anti-counterfeit, brand protection, supply chain security, or traceability solutions

. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and profitability targets. In-depth understanding of anti-counterfeit technologies such as

serialization, track & trace, RFID, NFC, holography, and digital platforms

. Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and executive-level relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.

Preferred



Experience selling solutions to regulated industries such as

Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Food & Beverage

. International business exposure with strong cultural awareness. Technical background or strong ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts.

Pay: Up to $12,000.00 per month
