The Managing Director/General Manager/VicePresident has the responsibility to steer the organisation to achieve excellence in a globalised environment and ensures Organisational Succession Planning.

In addition, the Managing Director/General Manager/Vice-President directs plant operations and provides leadership to departmental managers to ensure the organisational objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
