Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall brand business performance
- Set and develop goals, objectives, strategic plans to achieve business target
- Establish operating procedures; review and assess operational effectiveness and implement changes to drive business performance
- Lead the team to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experience and brand profitability
- Identify ways for business enhancements and other sources of revenue generation
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with manufacturers
- Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 5 years of automotive experience in a brand leadership capacity
- Proven track record of leading teams that deliver outstanding customer experience in the premium retail environment
- Proven track record of delivery or exceeding sales targets with a progressive management style
- Highly driven, result oriented and thrive in fast paced dynamic environment
- Strong business acumen with customer-centric personality
- Meticulous with a flair for details and ability to review financial numbers and analyse business performance
