Roles & Responsibilities Job Details: We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise the daily support operations of our organisation RR ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE.LTD and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. Its committed to an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workplace Specific Responsibilities Individual to be involved in: 1. Maintain current client relationship, reach out and explore potential clients. Track work progress, cost, proposals, requirement documentations and presentations
2. Plan, direct and coordinate the financial and administrative operations of the company. Develop and submit progress status reports to Director. 3. Manage and lead all the HR, Finance and Administrative operations. Developing new solutions to meet client needs. Improving internal processes for better productivity. 4. Ensure that the project meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising the work of the sub-contractors and workers, and to take the appropriate and timely remedial action.
5. Coordinate and carry out manager works at site. Manage projects independently as well as lead and motivate a team. 6. Develop and implement administrative and procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the company. Technical Skills:

• Master Degree in Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources & Finance operations.
• Must have experience in Construction & Trading Sectors.

• To learn how to manage the company's operation and administration.
• Proactive, energetic, result oriented.
• Strong leadership qualities and high personal integrity.
