About the Role:



We are looking for a dedicated and organized

General Office Supervisor

to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure our office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will lead a small team, coordinate office activities, and maintain a productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and support office staff in day-to-day tasks. Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance. Oversee document control, filing systems, and correspondence. Ensure smooth coordination between departments. Prepare reports and assist in budgeting and scheduling. Handle staff attendance, leave, and performance monitoring. Maintain a professional and efficient office environment.

Requirements:



Minimum 2-3 years of experience in office supervision or administration. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Able to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
