Perform daily housekeeping and cleaning tasks across the plant premises to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment. Support logistics activities, including assisting at the security guard post for vehicle/visitor checks and basic gate operations when required. Carry out general upkeep of plant facilities, including minor repairs, waste management, and ensuring proper use of tools and equipment. Assist in maintaining plant surroundings such as common areas, walkways, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Provide ad-hoc support to plant and operations teams in daily activities. Report any safety hazards, damages, or irregularities to the Supervisor/Plant Manager promptly. Follow all company health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Requirements:


O' level / NTC / Nitec or equivalent Prior experience in general operations, housekeeping, or plant support is an advantage. Basic knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards in an industrial environment. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks. Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Willing to work in shifts or overtime as required.
