Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production facility.
Operate cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
Operate simple machineries like rod cutters.
Receive, verify, and record incoming shipments.
Prepare and stage materials for production or shipping.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems.
Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage and organization of raw materials, parts, and finished goods.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
Collaborate with warehouse staff, production teams, and logistics personnel.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in material handling, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment (certification may be required).
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Frequent lifting, bending, and carrying of materials.
Ability to work in varying production and warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.).
