This role is ideal for someone deeply immersed in the world of anime, manga, and related creative domains, with a strong foundation in art and design.Key Responsibilities: * Research and Insights: Conduct thorough research on the latest trends in anime, manga, and related fields. Provide insights into the ACG culture to guide the development of our AI software.

• Creative Input: Utilize your artistic skills and design knowledge to contribute to the creative aspects of software development, ensuring authenticity and appeal to our target audience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the software development team to integrate artistic insights into the AI technology, balancing technical feasibility with creative vision.
• User Engagement: Engage with the ACG community to gather feedback, understand user needs, and advocate for features that resonate with the audience.
• Project Management: Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with the team.

Job Requirements:

• Passion for and deep understanding of anime, manga, and the ACG culture.
• Basic to intermediate skills in drawing and illustration, preferably with a focus on anime/manga styles.
• Familiarity with design principles and software (e.g., Procreate, Adobe Creative Suite, Clip Studio Paint).
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Diploma and Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field (Art, Design, Animation, etc.) is preferred but not required.
