The School

Part of a large school group with over 100 campuses in 12 different countries, this campus opened in January 2018 with the capacity for 1000 students from KG - 18. The pre-school follows the school\'s own Inquire-Think-Learn programme. The primary programme follows the Key Stages (UK Curriculum) for English and is inspired by Singapore MOE Mathematics, Science and Humanities. The programme is delivered in the context of the units of the International Primary Curriculum (IPC).IGCSE and A level programme is offered in the Secondary school. Children are at the school are encouraged to be independent thinkers and take responsibility of their learning. The curriculum aims to develop 21st century skills and develop successful and happy individuals who are compassionate, responsible and active global citizens.

Mixing together a mass of different cultures, cuisines and architectural styles, Singapore is studded with vast showpiece constructions to complement its colonial-era hotels and buildings. Cutting-edge tourist developments continue to spring up. Shopping avenues and underground malls throb with life, as do the food courts, the riverside bars and the temple-dotted outlying neighbourhoods. Singapore is a very safe, clean, friendly place and ideal for a first time expat and being so close to other countries such as Malaysia and Indonesia means it\'s cheap and easy to travel overseas.

School Requirements

  • Fully qualified with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience
  • Commitment to working in an educational environment that offers academic rigour and excellence in teaching
  • Experience of delivering Cambridge A Levels
  • Sound knowledge of curriculum pedagogy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sensitivity toward cultural diversities
  • Ability to build community through positive interactions with parents
  • Self-motivated with a high energy level
  • Demonstrates use of initiative while showing flexibility and adaptability
  • A reflective practitioner with a commitment to lifelong learning and solution focused mindset
