Geomatics Manager
What you will be working on:
Working with other Geospatial team members, the main role of the BIM specialist will be to work with stakeholders to establish an end-to-end BIM to Geospatial workflow. Responsibilities will include: Study the data interoperability between BIM and Geospatial data at different scales and for different applications. Setting up of processes for the extraction of geospatial data from BIM files and creating documentation to guide stakeholders. Development of standards and specifications for adoption by industry to facilitate geospatial data products. Exploration of the use of 3D point clouds for the creation of 3D map data not available in the related BIM source. Provision of consultancy and relevant knowledge transfer on BIM-related work scope.
What we are looking for:
- 2 years BIM related industry experience, especially in using Revit and/or Archicad (2-5 years preferred). Candidates with BIM related industry attachments / internships / projects will also be considered. Proven collaboration and communication skills as stakeholder engagement both within HDB and externally is required. Strong interest in IT and Geospatial.
