Working as a core member of our geotechnical team, you will work on a range of engineering and consultancy projects for our clients in the offshore renewable and energy sectors. We are specialists in site characterization strategies, offshore site investigation, installation analysis and jack-up leg penetration analyses for offshore oil and gas and wind turbine foundations.

Key Responsibilities

You will undertake a range of offshore studies such as leg penetration analysis and location approval studies. Your data and insight will help our clients to overcome engineering challenges and mitigate risk. More specifically, you will:

• Carry out geotechnical analyses and studies.
• Participate in engineering-related reviews.
• Undertake technical consultancy work as required.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of current technical standards and practices in Offshore Industry.
• Assist in ensuring all projects are compliant in terms of safety, quality, schedule and resources.
• Assist with development of bespoke software to enhance efficiency and maintain commercial advantage.
• Assist other departments that require Geotechnical engineering support.
• Contribute to R&D projects to position the company at the technical edge.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Ideally, we are looking for an Engineer with some offshore experience or who would like to move into the sector. More specifically, we are looking for the following:

• Educated to Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering.
• 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a Geotechnical role.
• Knowledge of Software such as Plaxis, GRLWEAP, Allpile, or gINT.

The position will be based at our office in Singapore and will require occasional attendance at client sites. You must be legally entitled to live and work in Singapore.
