Our Client: Automotive Industry Location: Bugis Working Days: 5 days

Job Scope:

• Updating/maintaining general ledger and month-end journal closing entries
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing
• Assist with internal/external audits, prepare audit schedules and NTAs.
• Perform cost allocation for management reporting.
• Calculate and prepare journals for tax accounting.
• Perform reconciliations for balance sheets accounts, including intercompany.
• Prepare balance sheets schedules.
• Prepare data for direct and indirect tax filing.
• Assist in annual stock take.
• Assist in periodic management reporting.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Job Requirement:

• Min Diploma and Degree from a recognised institution
• At least 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience is related field.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and ledger procedures,
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and USGAAP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective problem-solving to identify and correct financial discrepancies.
• Adequate IT knowledge and application of accounting software, e.g., Oracle (any ERP)/WMS/Hyperion/Essbase, application and data interface
• Written and verbal communication skills to share accounting information when needed.
• Proficient in speaking/writing English & Mandarin
• Strong knowledge of Oracle (any ERP)/UiPath (RPA)/Hyperion/Essbase is an advantage, application, and data interface.
• Computer literacy, MS Excel (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
• Experience collaborating with other team members.
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting
• High degree of accuracy and attentive to detail
• Organised, meticulous and sensitive to anomalises in processing transactions.
• Ability to work on a team and independently.
• Open minded team player
• Can start work immediately.
