Responsibilities

Development of new manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing practices
Design tools and fixtures with AutoCAD and CNC programming
Operation of high tech Vacuum and Sinter HIP furnaces, CNC and Precision Waterjet.
Support the training of staff and line operators on manufacturing processes
Deployment of design of Experiment and statistical control for key processes
Develop and execute process validation plans and proper documentation control
Participate in cost reduction, quality improvement, safety awareness and other activities for continual improvement
