As the Head of Operational Key Account Management, you will lead our worldwide team of OKAMs. Your primary mandate will be to oversee every facet of our key account management operations, ensuring the seamless execution of strategies to drive customer experience, retention, and revenue growth. This position demands strategic thinking, leadership skills, and profound knowledge of operational excellence to effectively manage and nurture key account relationships. You will orchestrate seamless coordination across KN's departments, with a particular emphasis on collaboration with Implementation and Integration, as well as with the HSC, to deliver exceptional service to our most important clients.


How you create impact


Develop and implement strategies for effectively managing key accounts, aligning them with the company's overall objectives and goals Lead the operational aspects of key account management and implement best practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Supervise resource allocation and capacity planning to maximize the efficient use of human and financial resources Manage and mentor a team of operational key account managers. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to enable team members to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional results. Foster collaboration and communication across internal teams (BUs/FUs) to ensure alignment and effective execution of key account strategies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, systems, and workflows related to key account management. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Establish and monitor key account performance metrics and KPIs to track progress against goals, ensure highest level of service quality and to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide visibility to senior leadership Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact key account relationships or operational performance. Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and minimize disruptions
