Job Description

The Global Business Development Manager will lead the business development and marketing team to establish steady business relationship with existing clients as well as to source for new clients and business expansion. This position will be also tasked to develop marketing and publicity strategies to enhance the Corporate Image of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement global marketing, communications, and sales strategy to increase awareness and win sales from existing and new accounts through cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities and account management.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for end-to-end execution of global business development programs
• Oversee and monitor progress against quarterly / yearly goals which set by top management
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences towards a positive conclusion.
• Conduct market research and analysis on industry peers, track market and regulatory developments in various geographies to provide insights.
• Prepare reports / presentation on business development activities and performance & update to top management.
• Be in an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product/service promotion.
  

• Min. Degree in Engineering / Business and Marketing or equivalent
• Min. 5 years of relevant B2B commercial business development experience, preferably in global marketing & communications (strategic marketing)
• Possess strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills
• Analytical thinker with knowledge in data concepts and principles
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving experience
• Experience prioritizing and focusing on driving growth
• Detail-oriented with good teamwork skills
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment
• This position is based in Singapore and requires a flexible approach towards travelling globally and non-standard working hours
