Global Business Development Manager, Telco Business Messaging Strategic Accounts

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced business development and sales leader to lead our Business messaging efforts with telcos. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, innovation, and partnerships with telcos and their key enterprise and government accounts globally.





Global Business Development Manager, Telco Business Messaging strategic accounts Responsibilities:



Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in Meta business messaging Structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex relationships with telcos, and other key stakeholders globally Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with company goals and objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services Provide market insights and analysis to inform product development and business strategy Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales pipelines Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies Travel as needed for business purposes (approximately 30% of the time) to meet with partners and stakeholders






Minimum Qualifications:



8+ years of experience in business development, or enterprise sales in the telecom or tech industry Results Orientation: Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets and business objectives Ability to work across time zones and as part of a global team Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving accumen Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Communicates effectively with Telco's leadership teams, and industry bodies to build relationships and drive business outcomes






Preferred Qualifications:



Solid understanding of business messaging, enterprise SaaS solutions and industry trends Experience in developing and executing complex business development strategies that drive growth and innovation Experience in negotiating high value commercials with enterprise and government stakeholders Experience in working closely with global cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
