Category Manager, Logistics

to

drive strategic sourcing across warehousing, trucking, courier, ocean, and air freight.

This is a unique opportunity to build and professionalize logistics procurement from the ground up--while contributing to our

Next Generation Supply Chain transformation.

Let's Talk About the Role:

As a key member of our Global Supplier Alliance (GSA) team, you'll:

Lead Logistics Sourcing Projects

: Manage RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs for transportation and logistics services, using digital tools and market intelligence to drive competitive outcomes.

Negotiate & Contract

: Own supplier negotiations and contract finalization, ensuring optimal terms for cost, service, Incoterms compliance, and performance.

Manage Supplier Relationships

: Be the primary contact for global logistics providers (3PLs, couriers, warehouse operators), fostering strategic partnerships and driving performance.

Drive Performance Excellence

: Monitor KPIs and SLAs, conduct regular reviews, and promote continuous improvement across logistics categories.

Champion Digital Procurement

: Support the adoption of e-sourcing platforms, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and freight benchmarking tools.

Collaborate Globally

: Work cross-functionally with raw material buyers, legal, global logistics, and GSA leadership teams to align logistics strategies with business goals.

Deliver Strategic Impact

: Use market insights to optimize supplier contracts and logistics operations across our global footprint--from raw material sourcing to product distribution.

with a global mindset and a passion for logistics procurement. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building new capabilities. Open to feedback, collaborative, and eager to learn from others. Commercially savvy with a strategic approach to supplier management.

Let's Talk About Qualification & Experience:

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in logistics procurement or strategic sourcing. Proven success in managing contracts and negotiations across freight, warehousing, and 3PL services.

Preferred

Familiarity with TMS and e-sourcing platforms. Strong understanding of logistics market dynamics across geographies. Experience in a multinational or matrixed environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
