We are partnering a renowned Technology firm to appoint a Global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager into their team. As a fast-growing organisation that has achieved exponential growth over the past decade, the client has seen its digital platform extend to the major regions (North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific) in the world. Building on such successes and to soar even greater heights, they are looking for a Subject Matter Expert with the vision/foresight to develop a comprehensive C&B roadmap that would allow Human Resources (HR) to continue serving as a business-enabling function. Based in Singapore, this is an individual contributor role.
Reporting into the International C&B Lead based in Singapore, the successful individual will drive meaningful C&B strategies for key markets in Asia, Europe and parts of North America. This means bringing existing frameworks to greater maturity (i.e. identify gaps and propose solutions for enhancements) and developing bespoke solutions. Put simply, you will not only oversee the successful execution of global programs/processes, but also serve as an internal consultant who facilitates a comprehensive Total Rewards environment. Preparing and delivering an effective communication toolkit on rewards programmes and policies is equally important, as it ensures that colleagues understand how they will be evaluated, rewarded, or developed, according to their performance.
This role will undoubtedly require candidates who have strong knowledge of the global Rewards landscape, particularly that of Europe\xe2\x80\x99s. Those who possess a blend of consulting and inhouse, corporate experience will be looked upon favourably. Aside from possessing the requite knowledge, strong interpersonal skills are also key since this is a stakeholder management heavy position. Proficiency of another language aside from English would be an added bonus.
