Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Global Communications Officer
Focus: Execute strategic communication programs for internal and external audiences
Starts off as a 12 month contract
Office Location: East
Available to start within a 1 month notice
The Talent
6-8 years working experience in an MNC\'s communications department, a Public Relations agency or in journalism
Fluent in English and outstanding written English skills
Understand how traditional and social media work and be able to leverage them
Strong project management skills
Experience in banking is an advantage
Relevant degree or diploma
Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through with great attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and with tight timelines
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work as a team with colleagues at all levels of the company

The Job
Execute strategic communication programs for internal and external audiences
Support the Singapore communications team on media relations, social media, issues management, customer & staff events, community relations and internal staff communications and campaigns
Conduct and collate research necessary for drafting speeches and memos for senior leaders
Coordinate and manage administrative tasks and logistics for senior visits, CCO town halls, volunteer activities including Global Community Day initiatives, global brand campaign activations etc.
Manage and support all governance processes including approvals for U.S. government officials at events, audit.
Maintain and update the records management system and quarterly reporting for the team, and any other adhoc reporting requirements by the regulator or government agencies
Monitor and manage budgets to specific briefs.
Regular media monitoring and analysis. Manage vendors when required.
Identify speaking opportunities and platforms to position senior management and support them in their communications needs.
Liaise with government and industry partners where necessary on speaking engagements for business leaders
Execute internal communications plans to ensure that key messages reach staff
Provide strategic input and oversee coordination on selected internal and external projects
Oversee creative development and production, content and written materials.
