About the role

What you need to know:

Budget Management

  • Work with countries to build annual and monthly budgets across activity, channel, and partner levels.
  • Ensure each market validate and update key partnership deals in Salesforce.
  • Support the coordination and completion of the annual budgeting processes to ensure budget are completed on time, and the timely upload of annual budgets into Salesforce.
Performance Management
  • Operationalize and continuously improve Partnership dashboards to enhance the tracking of actual partnership result.
  • Salesforce training to new staff and help solve issues faced by countries with regards to salesforce data upload.
  • Support the development, UAT and roll out of new dashboards.
Quarterly/Monthly Performance Reviews
  • Involve in Global Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Support Regional DDM & Partnership Heads in tracking and reporting key performance metrics on the monthly basis.
  • Participate in business and financial analyses of partnership performance
Profitability Management and Optimization
  • Work with the relevant teams to ensure that all financial assumptions are uploaded correctly into the Salesforce Application.
  • Develop and continuously improve Salesforce financial assessment and optimization tools.
  • Work with markets to build and review financial objectives, leverage best practice campaign management with a focus on test& learn and constant optimization.
Partnership Business Case development
  • Work with DDM and Partnership teams in each market to support partnership assessment and business case development.
  • Ensure usage of Partnership Checklists to capture the key information needed to build business cases and for P&L assessments.
  • Work with local countries to develop and/or review P&Ls (using globally approved P&L campaign tool) to ensure accurate P&L assessments for projected partnership deals and for existing partnerships at renewal.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial or Statistics.
  • Good Knowledge of Excel, VBA and Macros.
  • An outcome-driven, creative thinker with an innovative bent to problem solving.
  • Strong quantitative / analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with minimal guidance.
  • Excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievements, possess strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic with strong interest in analysis that drives data-driven business performance management.
  • Bold thinkers with an entrepreneurial bent, and will possess a powerful blend of IQ (technical skills, consistent learning, statistical & financial acumen) and EQ (adaptive communication, empathy, listening skills, challenging with humility).
  • Global perspective and a record of successful teamwork.
