The Opportunity
Our client is an elite law firm looking for a mid level M&A/PE associate (3-5 PQE) to join their Singapore office.
The firm is highly regarded in terms of private M&A, JV, public takeovers and disposals across a spectrum of sectors, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure, TMT, banking & insurance transactions.
Their clientele include financial institutions, private equity houses, sovereign funds and other multi-national corporates across the ASEAN region. Additionally, this is a great opportunity to work with and be mentored by partners who possess a wealth of experience in their fields of work.
International candidates with a desire to move long-term to Singapore are welcome to apply as relocation will be provided.
Candidate Requirements
- Admission to Singapore, England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand or other Commonwealth jurisdictions.
- 3-5 PQE (UK scale) with international corporate M&A/PE experience working in a top tier international firm.
- Transactional experience in the energy/infrastructure sector advantageous.
- Excellent academic track record.
- Strong team player, work ethic and client-oriented.
- Asian language skills would be an advantage but not a must-have requirement.
